Ethos Apartments

I’ve lived at Ethos for a while and they have always been great to me. Danielle and the rest of the staff are always on top of things and have made living here easy. There are a bunch of amenities, including a gym, 2 pools, tons of trails, and a nice hidden park. In addition to this, maintenance staff are awesome and always quick to help out. The apartments are nice and quiet which is perfect for me. There’s not a single bad thing I can say about these apartments. Great location and great staff have made it great to live here.

Ethos is a great place to settle down. The property is extremely beautiful and close to nature whilst being a quick drive to the excitement and buzz of downtown Austin. Our leasing agent, Lupe, was a joy to do business with, and she navigated our unique situation with ease and grace. Thanks to her, my partner and I were able to sign our lease very soon after viewing the property. Office Maintenance has been extremely professional as well. Expect a response and solution to your problems within 24 hours. Overall, Ethos Apartments is a community full of friendly folks, beautiful views, and management you can count on.

Modest, comfy, and a great place to live in Austin for the price. I've moved around a lot in Austin. This is one of the better places I've been in for a long while. Staff if Quick to respond and maintenance is here to fix stuff asap. I can tell the office takes everything very seriously and I love that! They have the best pest control, haven't had an issue since i moved in. Absolutely love the greenery. The trails here are good for a mock hike. The pool area is always kept up with. Gym is very good. Absolutely a quiet place, I'm on the 2nd floor and the only time I hear upstairs people or other dogs is when I'm in the living room or kitchen. I get delivery from the super HEB on congress and Slaughter, go puff and doordash gets here quickly. They have internet connection plug ins in each bedroom, no need to run either net cable through the apt.

I love the maintenance team at Ethos! Especially Jose he is the best! They always get things done fast and they do an excellent job. I have lived here going on 4 years and never had any problems with the maintenance team. I wanted to add something. I am very unhappy about the parking situation. You got rid of parking stickers now we have too many cars here that are not monitored and we don't have enough space to park. Bluestone was a better property owner and manager. There are also ALOT of issues with communication with your staff. An example is I complained about a tenant not cleaning up dog poop and a car that was abandoned in front of my building via email. Not only did I not get a response when I reached out again to see if they received my email I was responded to in a hostile way.

I have been living at this residence a little over 2 years now and just renewed for another year. Overall, I've had a great experience here at Ethos. The complex I live in is very quiet and I know all my neighbors. During the winter storm we all came together as a community and helped each other out when needed. The trails around the complex are amazing and my dogs love walking around on them. There is even a creek that runs on the property so after it rains and the water is nice my pup loves to go swimming. There are 3 dog parks on the property and we use them often. It's a very dog friendly property which is why I chose this residence and with all the nature it's like living outside the city but still so close to downtown and all the good nightlife. I know other residents have mentioned concerns with cars being towed, but as long as you follow the rules I've never had any issues. All my maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner, and the maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. We have new management this year and they seem very responsive and willing to listen to resident concerns and address any issues immediately so that's a big plus. They also are bringing back community events which is a fun incentive to have at a complex. You can't beat the price of this complex, location to downtown, the size of the apartments/patios, and the beautiful nature on the property.

As long as you're comfortable cohabitating with the homeless, walking on trails covered in dog poop, residents who use the recycling bins to discard their trash in so then you have to take your recycling elsewhere while continuing to be charged, and an area used as a dumping station for furniture to attract more homeless people you'll absolutely love it! Overall, very quiet complex so at least it has that going for it. (Picture from August but it's definitely a thing)
